RETURNS POLICY.
We offer a 10-day return policy on all jewellery.

We are happy to discuss options of repair, replacement, refund, exchange for the product depending on its availability.

To return a product simply contact us as soon as possible within 10 days from the date your order was received and we will evaluate your return request, record your product return information. You should mail the product in its original condition with a copy of the receipt and original packaging to Returns Department, Amber Marcin Buzalski , Beniowskiego Street 59, 80-355 Gdansk, Poland within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your refund, replacement, exchange.


PAYMENT.
All orders are pre-paid. For bank transfers please fax or email us the acknowledgement. We will ship your parcel as soon as your payment appears in our account.
